The indexing data can be searched without downloading any software from the site. This is true for Windows users and Non-Windows users alike.

Certain software is required to view and print the images themselves.  This software can be downloaded and installed prior to using the syetm or it can automatically be downloaded the first time the user attempts to view or print an image. Once downloaded, you do not have to download in the future prior to using the system. Downloading and installing the imaging software requires two steps.  Click here to begin downloading that software.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, the download and installation process may take up to five minutes to complete (dial up speed). If you have a broadband connection, the download generally takes less than one minute.
